It's a Knockout 2008
New venue, New Games, New Challenges! |

This is your chance to join us for
this really fun challenge that takes place this year at the new
Carlisle Run Day on Sunday 29 June at Sheepmount Stadium. This
fun event requires, skill, determination and a huge sense of
humour. for the first time we have opened this challenge to
INDIVIDUALS as well at TEAMS. |

Details of the 2008 Midnight walk are now

Ladies, here is
your chance to join the fun and take part in one of this year's midnight
walks. These 6 mile walks starts at
Midnight on Friday 20 June (Carlisle) and Friday 5 September in
Penrith. This is
an opportunity to walk in memory of someone special and raise
funds for the hospice at the same time.
